Who is responsible

The data controller is BUDDYWORKERS SASU, publisher of the website (details in the legal notice), represented by Gaëtan Wittebolle. For any question or request: gaetan.wittebolle@gmail.com.

What the website collects, and why

The website has no user accounts. It only collects data when you fill in a form.

Your email is never published. A published testimonial shows the text, the name and what you do, nothing else.

Where this data goes

The forms feed no database. Each submission is sent by email, through Resend, to Gaëtan Wittebolle's inbox (Gmail, Google). Newsletter subscribers are added to Substack, which sends Umami.

These providers are based in the United States. Transfers rely on the safeguards set out in the GDPR: the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or certification under the Data Privacy Framework.

Your data is never sold or shared for commercial purposes.

Audience measurement

Vercel Web Analytics counts page views, and Vercel Speed Insights measures loading speed. Both work without cookies and without any personal identifier.

Cookies and browser storage

No advertising cookie. The website only sets technical cookies:

  • NEXT_LOCALE remembers the language you chose.
  • gw_subscriber, gw_claude_code_fiche and gw_excel_pack remember that you already filled in a form, so you are not asked again. Duration: 1 year.

The website also keeps a few things in your browser's local storage: your best quiz scores in the guide, the closing of the newsletter window, the unlocking of the Skills page, and the fact that you already sent a testimonial. They stay on your device and are never sent.

Two pieces of content come from third-party services, which receive your IP address when they load: the Clash Display and Switzer typefaces (Fontshare), and the video on the Claude in Excel page (YouTube, in no-cookie mode).

Your rights

You can ask to access your data, correct it, erase it, port it, restrict its processing, or object to it. You can withdraw your consent at any time: every Umami email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and a testimonial can be withdrawn on simple request.

Write to gaetan.wittebolle@gmail.com. You will get an answer within one month.

If you believe your rights are not respected, you can file a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
