My tools run in production, bring together 500 freelancers, and sometimes ship overnight. The first one was born from a problem I lived every day: the isolation of freelancing. The model works because the problems I solve are the ones I lived first.

From consultant
to solobuilder_
After a few years in consulting, I went freelance. Not a grand plan - more of a desire to pick my own topics and pace.
I went to work a few months from Colombia. The remote life works great; alone in front of a screen, much less. I came back with an idea.
It started as a few coffees with local freelancers. Three years later, 500+ members, ten cities, and a mission-driven company. The first product that stuck.
With Claude and the right tools, I ship four products in parallel. A few large companies trust me, the newsletter grows, and I keep learning as I go.
The real
behind-the-scenes_
Once a month, I write what I learn building these products: the numbers, the tools, what doesn't work, what I'd change. Raw, hopefully useful.
